Mr. P. Sulaiman is the Chairman and Founder of HiLITE Group. He is a first-generation entrepreneur driven by his self-identified purpose of societal empowerment. Each of the Group’s ventures focus on generating large scale employment thereby empowering society and humbly contributing towards nation-building. He is the creator behind the world of HiLITE. Mr. Sulaiman has pioneered the concepts of community living, mall culture, mixed-use developments and much more. With his innovative ventures, he has etched the name of HiLITE on the pages of history.
Mr. Sulaiman has created wave after wave in the real estate industry of Kerala through HiLITE. In the year 1996, he founded HiLITE Constructions which laid the foundation for HiLITE Group. Over 3 decades, HiLITE has grown to lead numerous major sectors of Kerala, including Real Estate (Residential, Commercial and Real Estate), Retail, Interior Design and Execution, Business Parks, Education and F & B.

Mr. Ajil Muhammed, CEO of HiLITE Group, exemplifies dynamic leadership, combining strategic foresight with a flair for innovative thinking. A graduate of the Singapore Institute of Management in Business Management and having completed the Business Leadership Program in Real Estate at IIM Bangalore, he began his career as Executive Director of HiLITE Group’s Educational Initiatives, where his transformative strategies established The White Schools as benchmarks of educational excellence. He has demonstrated immense knowledge and commitment to fostering the growth of The White Schools, providing quality education to the younger generation.
Rising to the role of CEO, Mr. Ajil has steered the Group toward sustained success across diverse sectors. Honored with the prestigious BW Retail 40 Under 40 Award, he continues to redefine industry standards with his visionary leadership and resolute commitment to quality.
